Do not send your kids to Greenhill
My 2 children went to Ysgol Greenhill and I only wish they had gone elsewhere. 1 child who was an A/B grade student was bullied by various groups of feral children because she is a quirky kid. The school did not deal with the issue by punishing the bullies, instead my daughter was moved to the TAMAR 'specialist' unit where she was often told that she shouldn't be there by the teachers in charge. The ALANCO does not listen to concerns seriously and other students issues are discussed in earshot...

Do not recommend
Sent my son here. Had an absolutely horrific experience. Complete and utter lack of support, teachers mannerisms towards things are absolutely vile. They care more about the type of your trousers then they do your mental health.

AVOID!
Absolutely dreadful school. Management needs seriously addressing. I got the vibe that all staff were out to get each other. There was no sense of team work at all. The ALNco showed no interest in my child and the concerns I raised. Was happy to blame it on ‘behaviour’. There’s a reason they were in special measures!!!! Avoid!

when schools are a bit too much of a school.
ysgol greenhill is a school. and when schools are schools….. things can get a bit.. yknow.. schooly. the teachers teachers teach children to become teachers to teach about nuclear bombs. i think this is atrocious. the students.. are students! barbaric, isnt it? the cubicles have toilets and the classrooms have walls! i honestly think this is awful. ? mr turner is a table which is a bit crazy because my dad is a certified mold owner and cardboard is make out of sea food. and lastly.. god bless merica! ???????

absolute shit
never had a good experience all the teachers don’t care if you pass or fail they’re just there for a paycheck. apart from a few teachers there all dreadful. bullying isn’t addressed in the slightest. the clear impression that staff don’t care for the students safety, learning or for the well-being of students.

Honest review.
Some staff are lovely and I can tolerate most of them, but there are the few that are incredibly insufferable. They are ever so strict on rules that i believe to be ridiculous. Any form of being yourself and being unique, such as dying your hair or having piercings, is completely ridiculed by this school, if they normalised ‘different’ it wouldn't be any kind of problem and wouldn’t promote bullying among the students. Potentially a great school.
School has potential but is held back by a poor building not suitable for modern education. Good teachers, but lots unenthusiastic, but that’s understandable as the curriculum set by the governments is unsatisfactory. If the teachers could teach their subject without a curriculum would be enjoyable and I would of progressed much more. Good effort made by teachers to provide after school activities. Security is terrible, multiple entrances, members of the public have entered building lost multiple occasions. Negative atmosphere made by pupils where laddish behaviour is seen amongst girls and boys. Very very judgemental including both pupils and staff. No individuality. Canteen is unhealthy and repetitive.
