My child went here and then a few years later I joined the team. Worst mistake of my life!. If your face doesn’t fit then you’re screwed!. Staff spend most of the time chatting between themselves, NOT paying attention to the children. Observations were sometimes made up to fit the photo that was taken. The Manager is very unprofessional along side with her best mate!. Both slag people off behind their backs (even parents!), oh but they are nice to your face!. One parent wanted their child to go there but the Manager didn’t like them so never put the child’s name down for a place!. I suffered a mental breakdown because of all this, and subsequently handed in my notice. The Manager said and i quote “can’t you just get signed off and not come back”! (Very supportive not!). I wish I had reported her and taken it all further but I was not well enough. If you like late night messages (slagging people off with memes) and want to be bitched about, go join them. You have been warned!.
