Rude and unprofessional

I had my son who just turned 2 in there only for 3 weeks, but enough for us to see how rude and unprofessional is the staff.
Out of all 3 weeks he manage to be in their care only for 8 days. He got sick within the second day with them and noticed he had a horse voice when I’ve picked him up. On the 3rd day I’ve received a phone call to pick him up and keep him home for 48 hours, noticed he has some signs of conjunctivitis on one of his eyes when I’ve collected him.
Had him home for 48 hours went back on Monday the following week, he manage to go the hole week to the nursery (obviously with signs of cold and flu symptoms as the virus that he picked up from there was still present). On that Monday I’ve confronted the nursery and mentioned about conjunctivitis and the fact that he got sick so quickly in their care and they said “Ohh he had conjunctivitis’s? We haven’t had this in here but know that you said it to us perhaps we should expect kids to be off if they picketed up from your son! “goes one of them while another one tries to excuse herself saying “ Mum is normal when they came in contact for the first time with many kids from different households “( while my oldest daughter was completely healthy, including me and my husband…..it seemed they were trying to blame us….)
During the second week I've received a call from them saying that he has a tangerine in his mouth and asking me what they can do.(Really? If I was in a meeting at work and you will not be able to get in touch with me for the next half hour what you will do? You will let my child choke and wait for my confirmation over the phone to start CPR to help him?)
During that week I never received a proper report from them with what he is doing in there if he eat his snack or if he made friends, what he liked to play with the only think they said “ He was fine! ,We changed him!, He is to little!( as you didn’t know he is only 2 years old when you agreed to take him in to your care).”When asked about a proper report their response was” We have so many kids that leave at the same time imagine us doing this with all the parents! We don’t have time for that we have to many children in our care!”
Third week comes along dropped him off on Monday not long have past and I received another phone call from them” Mum we have changed him and he made poo and is really smelly, soft and it has a weird colour to it! (mentioned to them he had rice with spinach and fish as dinner and he always had a soft poo and that the poo smell’s especially when they eat solid….is poo after all are you expecting to smell like roses?)
Before to hand up they told me that we will speak more when I will go to pick him up as they think it my be the case to keep him again for 48 hours home as he may develop a viral.
On collation they insisted that my child needs to see a GP because they definitely think he has a viral and needs to stay home for 48 hours and as well it will be good to check the rash on his back.
From nursery to my house is less then 15 min and once home I’ve checked my son’s back and took a picture…….no sign of any rash only the marks from his previous chickenpox ( but to have the pice of mind I’ve made an appointment with a OOH GP which concluded he was completely fine just a bit of runny nose and a slight cough which is normal as a result of him getting sick a week prior).
On following morning went to drop him off to nursery and 2 lady's outside taking the children in….as I was waiting to bring my child in they start talking “Why is she here? Who? Aryan and his mum? I thought she supposed to keep him home for 48 hours! I don’t know why she is here I thought the same?( they wore speaking as nobody was there and they can’t be heard…..that was the drop for me that filled up the glass of water)
On that day I’ve confronted them about the so called “ rash” showing them the picture that they confirmed that they sow the white marks and that is what they fought is a viral or so….( BIG RED FLAG as unable to determine how a rash looks like). I don’t what to imagine what will happen if a child has an allergic reaction to something can they spot the signs and symptoms? And at last how rude they are and unprofessional when you have the parent with the child in front of you and instead talking to them you start a discussion with another member of the staff like they are invisible.
I don’t know how other parents can put their most precious babies at risk living them in hand of such people.
I will never recommend this nursery to anyone not even to my enemies……
