Worst place ever
i go to this school and honestly i have been bullied for so long its unreal, the school do fuck all about it and tell me to just go to my lesson and the hub is for kids that are stressed. But when i go i get laughed at and told to go to my lesson and when there were girls outside the school wanting to jump me, i told the head of safe guarding and she laughed at me..? and just shouted at me saying to go to my lesson. They put on a massive show when ofsted come to check and the food you see is not the food we get, we get something completely different and when we have chicken and chips, sometimes the chicken isnt even cooked properly! has to be the worst school in leicestershire because the system is fucked. we skip one lesson we get suspended, we skip two lessons we get suspended for three days, we skip three lessons suspended for a week, we skip 4 we get kicked out. this cant be fair because this school has fucked me over badly and they just dont give a fuck about us, its only the money they want. Its like we are the puppets and my little cousin in year 7 got threatened with a knife and the teachers did NOTHING. they said it wasn’t that serious??? This needs to be shut down. Worst. School. Ever.

Parents Don't send your child here . The teachers are awful and all of the staff to be honest . They constantly see the negative in the child constantly put them down they never encourage the children . They are just not patient enough and really don't care about the happiness of the children. All they care about is the Ofsted report so it looks good from the outside.

Has to be the worst school in the whole of leicester . My child went here and was treated so badly all they care about is uniform and attendance they dont care about the child being happy they just are doing everything for show for ofsted when ofsted go they barley teach .
Corrupted and flawed system.
Full of pure corruption and dictatorship disguised as democracy. Staff never listens. Staff are being selective with who to punish. Staff abuse their power. The principal says that your voice matters, just to punish you for speaking your mind. They demand mutual respect, yet we are not respected. They promised help, just to do nothing. The principal says that we can suggest how to improve the system, yet they never listen not only to us but also to the students who are elected to be the scholar council.

unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Despite the crucial role we played in keeping students safe and supporting their wellbeing, as support staff we were made to feel completely undervalued and invisible. There was very little support from management, The atmosphere among staff reflected this lack of care, leaving many of us feeling demoralised and unappreciated. Overall, it was disheartening to see how little respect and recognition was given to staff who genuinely cared about the students and worked hard every day to create a safe and positive environment. I would not recommend this school as a workplace for anyone considering a similar role.
Recent things that happened
I’m a student in year 8 and I’ve been struggling with my mental health BECAUSE of that school. The school staff is absolutely disgusting; Once I was upset because because someone asked me to kick them and I kicked them but not only they got me in trouble for something they did but when the head of behaviour there had a conversation with me and he heard what happened and how I got upset he had the audacity to say “You can go ahead and go crying to your mum on the phone I don’t care because now your getting suspended.” Honestly the attitude from him was such a disgrace and he’s pretty much implying by the what he said was that I wasn’t allowed to get my phone out and call my mum because I was upset about what happened. And then yesterday I walked out of lesson because I was getting a panic attack from how overwhelmed I was that I walked out of lesson and went to the toilets where I was found and I nearly got SUSPENDED for having a panic attack.
There was also another time where a kid was selling DRUGS in school to other kids where once the school found out about it all they gave the kid was a detention. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE.

Why CMA is sick and twisted
Actually the worst school ever.You get almost an hour detention for gum.Also lack of funding for the skl food,its worse than dog food.Also bathrooms stink, they care more about your uniform than bullying. You can go into isolation w no breaks and lunches for the whole day if you forgot your tie.They care abt their reputation more than their own students.Sick.Also we literally had a guy bring a KNIFE to the school..

too strict for no reason, rude staff , only care about giving you detentions, only care about ur uniform , threaten to put you in isolation for the tiniest things then claim they want us to have an education

Didn’t have a diagnosis at the time, but had a care plan. They put nothing in place for me until my parent threatened to go to Ofsted.
The teaching was okay, but due to them not putting things in place they were meant to, I was set back. I was lucky to pass most of my GCSES.
The food is terrible too. At one point I was served a meal which had some RAW rice inside of it (I think it was a burrito though cannot remember). Plus you get a small meal (eg: one pizza slice/a cup of nuggets/one burger) and have to choose between a drink or a pudding. The meal came up to around £3.00.
During break we had year 7s with us and it was so cramped outside. It is way too small for over 200 students running around.
The students here are really rude and dangerous too. The students here are really rude and dangerous too. Been a few incidents where a knife has been brought into the school to the point they had everyone go through a metal detector (since been taken down though) and a few got their bag searched. Also female students got dragged into an assembly as a lot were bullying other female students for how they looked.
A lot of the teachers ESPECIALLY heads of year/a few of the ‘mentors’ were on such a power trip. Remember once when the whistle had literally JUST been blown and I got a detention (everyone else was talking too). I’m not a naughty kid but I’m not going to a detention I don’t think I deserved. Another girl got let off for a detention whilst she was talking all throughout the silence (not sure what to call it) and the same teacher said he’d let her off.
I could name a lot of other things wrong with this school but I’d be here all day, not sure how it got outstanding.
