Hailey Hall doesn't safeguard

My child suffers from ADHD, Epilepsy and Autism.
When we was offered this school, we read all the information on there website to see if this school was suitable for our child.
Everything seemed perfect.
We visited the school and was walked around an empty school by a teacher that made this school sound like a safe haven where children excelled.
Unfortunately, red flags where raised from day one!!
The truth is, there is NO safeguarding for children.
Zero!!
My son was pushed around on his very first day, this surprised him as he wasn't used to this type of behaviour.
His mother and I both suggested he approach a teacher in the event of this happening again.
He came home one day saying he was being picked on, someone chucked a bottle of water at him and then poured it all over him, he was being shoved and pulled about.
I asked him why didn't he approach a teacher, to which he replied, he did but the teacher told him to sort it out himself!!
I spoke to the school and they assured me this would never happen again.
The school has a mixture of children, some only have ADHD, they seem to be bullying the autistic children, the teachers would rather just brush it under the rug and constantly reassure you it will never happen again.
My child was then constantly slapped, threatened and intimidated!!
We again contacted the school, there was never any punishment for the bullies, ever!! We noticed a big change in our sons personality, he was no longer this happy, carefree boy.
That was all replaced with Anxiety, fear and depression.
He would come home angry and frustrated!!
The final straw was when my son came home with a big black eye and told us he never wants to go back to that school again.
Our child's mental and physical health must come first. He didn't learn anything at this school because he was scared and anxious everyday!!
We spoke to the school again and told them the names of the four boys causing all this trauma to our son, again nothing was done.
We decided to pull our son out of the school as we lost complete faith in there ability to safeguard our child, this was affecting his learning and his personality!!
I strongly recommend not sending a child with Autism to this school.
Don't believe the website at all.
There words are all empty!!
My son has now been out of school for 6 months waiting for a place in a new school, a safer and more friendly environment that will give him the confidence to learn and enjoy his young life in school!!
I decided to leave this review to make parents aware of the environment there child would be in as I wouldn't want this experience repeated with any other child!!
It's heartbreaking!!
We're still trying to fix the damadge this has caused my child.
Yours truthfully
A concerned parent
