Don't go here.

Just bad overall. Too strict in certain areas and don't do anything in others. Sure they do things about bullying but it never stops it, so do they really? Uniform rules are just pathetic, what's with the socks? And why no necklaces? Incase of strangling? Well then what about the ties? Oh wait, we need those to look "smart". Don't even help people who are clearly struggling to focus in certain areas of their education. Do not recommend.

key adults are cool

its okay i guess. but i will say some teachers cannot handle students with anxiety while some are so helpful. once i was having a panic attack and a teacher basically told me to suck it up, but there are many good teachers too. i dont like how strict the uniform is, you must wear black socks, you cant have your blazer off while walking around the academy unless its like 25 degrees and you cant really express yourself which i understand but dont at the same time.. and the downstairs toilets stink so bad i litch cant bring myself to use them😭 its definitely not built for neurodivergent people or people struggling with any mental health condition but the key adults are nice :)

School needs to be looked into and headteacher retrained.

As a current student in this school from personal experience they do not care about people being bullied all they care about is how their school looks in the papers, yes most people get good grades but the quality of teaching in the Maths and English departments mainly are shocking. All the English teachers care about is feminism and putting women to a higher level than men not putting them at the same level as men which they’re “fighting” for “equality”. The maths department on the other hand is ok mostly but 2 teachers are not the best with their level of teaching. All other departments within school are great fun teachers which make learning fun and exciting to go into like Science, languages, humanities, and the performing arts department. But for the school itself the SLT (Senior Leadership Team) are shockingly shit don’t care about anything other then how they look in the papers. For the head teacher though different story he should be fired all he does is moan at the children in the school about anything he sent over 60 children to seclusion HIMSELF on the day we had snow simply because we are being children and trying to have fun.

Pathetic School

All they care about it being the best school out there and getting the best grades, they don’t actually care about their students. They deal with bullying very poorly. Even sexual assault, it gets reported and they do nothing if you don’t tell your parents. If you have bad mental health you practically get punished for it, getting told off for poor attendance, being sent to isolation if you can concentrate, the school is pathetic. Their uniform rule is shocking, no jewellery? But all the teachers wear it. The skirt and socks rule, that’s just to stop the teachers from looking. Hair dye? Seriously can’t even have two tone hair anymore. It’s pathetic, they need to care for students, they say express yourself but take away everything to do so.

its alright

since i dont really have any behaviour issuses i dont have a key adult. when your mental health suffers school gets so much more harder and i dont know who i can speak to. uniform can be pretty strict aswell but i really like the open classrooms, they are pretty cool. the best thing they probably do is sports day, the whole school is on the field with the running events and music blasts on the speakers and you get free ice cream and water :)

HPA isn’t the best

they expect too much from everyone. too strict on our uniform, hair and piercings instead or actually learning. Cant deal with bullying as i’ve been bullied most of the time i’ve been there and it’s sucked. The subjects are good i guess.

Outstanding school, full of equality and respect

There’s hardly any bullying, everyone is accepting. The equality in the school is outstanding, and bad behaviour is not tolerated in any way. Children misbehaving are sent out of lesson after a warning, meaning learning is easy.

The review

all they care about is being the best, don't sort out bullying. Some teachers don't teach.
