A School That Blames The Students For Everything.

As a former student of this school, I cannot remember how many times I came home in tears. I was bullied almost every day, verbally and somewhat physically with people purposely tripping me over, pushing me, or stealing be belongings and not giving them back.
I have Dyslexia and Dyscalculia which became noticeable in Year 3, however when my parents asked the school to test me, they refused, saying that I was just a "slow learner", "not as bright as other students" and that I had a "below to average intelligence". No matter how much my parents pushed the school kept refusing.
The school didn't care about the bullying and didn't do anything about it. Teachers literally watched it happening and did nothing. I felt like an outcast for all those years and felt like I was the weird one and I deserved this kind of treatment. That damaged my mental health so bad and I've developed Anxiety from it that I'm still battling to this day.
The teachers weren't the best, some didn't care about their job and some were really cruel and toxic. I mean, I don't think anything can justify yelling at a 10 year old for talking, and then pulling them aside and yelling at them more when they start crying.
At the school they had this group of students with autism, anger issues, and such. My brother had autism and anger issues and was put in this group to help him, but when I got to Year 6 I was also put in this group, even though I don't have autism or anger issues. The school just assumed that because my brother had it that I had it too, which is stupid.
Also in Year 6, I was put in a special group for English and Maths, which contained about 10 students. I would say I'm reasonably smart and I wasn't meant to be in this group, but because I was struggling with Dyslexia and Dyscalculia and they weren't giving me help for it, I was put in there. The teacher wasn't that good at teaching, often doing the calculations wrong herself (which I often pointed out), but at least this teacher was nice, and she's probably the only reason my confidence wasn't completely shattered by the end of my time at this school. Still my favourite teacher to this day.
Once I brought in this beautiful coat I got for my birthday, really expensive and all that, but at the end of the day it magically just disappeared, or well, that's what the school wanted us to believe. It definitely was stolen, and the school didn't lift a finger to help, saying it was my fault and that I had misplaced it. How nice of them...
There was mutliple other incidences at the school but it would take me forever to document all of them.

This was about 5 years ago now so I don't know if the school has changed or not, but this was my experience there anyhow.
