When they transitioned her to the "red room" our daughter was returned to us on two consecutive days with a severe skin rash on her privates. We have reasons to believe they don't change children nappies until they are about to be given back to their parents so after we raised the complaint with them and seeing that they just dismissed the issue by saying "these things happen to kids" we decided to withdraw our daughter and report them to the Ofsted.
