I hope it's changed in Every way possible

Where to start is the question! To sum up this school with one word is pretty impossible....horrendous would be an accurate term. I am not speaking on the present head teacher, however we go back a few years. Maybe and hopefully this school has changed in many ways, however I don't believe that's possible. Do I begin with the used sanitary pads stuck to walls in areas of the school, the bullying from the teachers as well as other students, which the victim would be punished for. Or the targeting of certain students getting punished over the most silliest reasons while the other students doing/wearing the same are left alone. Or shall I start with singling one person out of everything, including attendance awards which was always 100% regrettably, meanwhile the students with 80% and less are given the award instead. This school is backwards. And I hope the teachers are new, as their bullying in secondary school is enough for anyone. Teachers do not need to be victimising students. And I cannot forget to mention the food (And food would be an understatement). The things that were found in the food, every single time it was purchased ranges from small hairs (genital looking hairs) to glue. Someone's hair colour, nails, or clothes without labels are taken more seriously than learning to another level. Meanwhile others are allowed exotic hair colours. However most were isolated, which is the worst thing to do to a student. It was observed and proved that the trouble makers of the school were rewarded again and again for their "good behaviour". And this is the odd day they didn't insult, shout, threaten and throw objects at the teacher. Meanwhile the well behaved students are punished, mocked and not cared about, the trouble makers & bullies were literally given awards for not bullying the teacher for a day. Well that sums up my opinion of this poor excuse for a school. I will also mention again that this is not the experience with the present head teacher.

My experience at Murray park

The school is not good or bad to be honest, I’ve had some pretty traumatic experiences here but some good ones too for example some of the teachers have very open minds but some can be rude I’ve been shouted at by teachers and told that I’m a waste of time I was having a hard day they aren’t great at understanding sometimes I was also bullied and resulted in me doing bad things to myself it took them months to bother to sort it out, it would also be better if some teachers knew how to control a class as well and it can be like a prison I could compare it, the learning is decent though and my grades are okay the school isn’t bad it’s the students and teachers in it.

my review on this so called “school”

poor school , hygiene is unbelievably acceptable, never sending my child here again , staff unsupportive , abnormal and disrespectful, your better of sending your child to bemrose and that’s bad enough for a child’s mental health and education needs, my child states “it feels like a prison” and “that this food is awful” and gave my son food poisoning and was in ane for 13 hours ,my son is definitely not pleased, i’ll be reporting this , this is unfair on the children, sort your selves out 😡

Amazing

It is a lovely school. Very welcoming and supporting if whatever the child is good at or wants to be. Helps with life skills.

My experience

The experience at Murray Park is great although the way teachers handle behaviour can be poor and the school has some other problems.
