Horrendous

Terrible school, behavior is dreadful so lessons are interrupted constantly tons of bullying and it's full of drug and vape addicts who leave lessons to do it. Food is poor too and it feels overcrowded. One of the worst schools in Sussex.

Don't go here

I would not wish this shit apon anyone, it is the worst secondary school ever. So much bullying, awful students, awful teachers, awful buildings and awful departments (English is great tho). The year 7s are absolutely feral, year 11s are breaking down. This school will drain you mentally and physically.

Dosent help mental health

Oathall school is bad the teachers have favorite students and let them do what ever and won't get in trouble and only Semmes to care when perants get involved I was repeatedly bullied by the quote on quote good kids in my year and student support just ignored it until my mum got involved there are some good stuff about the school like how tidy the classrooms are but other then that this school dose not care for the children's mental health.

Please do something about this

Oathall does nothing about harassment and the mental health system doesn’t help, the school don’t know if children lie in the health system or not. The school don’t do anything about drug and vapes in Oathall and the assembly’s talk about problems which result in students joking about the topic.

DO NOT GO HERE

To start with, teachers do not care about students mental health and/or problems that occur in their every day lives. The pastoral teachers (student support) only care if you have tried to kill yourself or if you have an eating disorder.
Secondly, nobody (teachers) does anything about the huge amount of bullying that happens on an every day basis.

Students seem to have lost total respect towards teachers and do not care about the consequences that may follow. Truanting is a massive problem 8n general - teachers can't controll their classes and students take the piss and sometimes do dangerous things that could lead to severe injury.

Obviously as teenagers are starting to express themselves they may use a diffrent variety of language but the amount of bad language that is used appals me and deeply offends me. As much as I understand the young minds, the language is totally unnecessary.

Over all - oathall is a very bad school and I would not send your children there if you care for your well bieng and sanity.

School sucks

Huge problem with homophobia/transphobia and there is a ridiculous amount of drug and vape addicts. The school do nothing about harassment and all else. The only thing they care about is gum and they have a horrible mental health system. The students get little to no help and the teachers get treated like lamb to the slaughter.

Oathall is bad dont send your children here

the discipline is crap and most students are homophobic and transphobic. There is barley any where to stand in the playground when its raining for shelter. There is a major drugs problem and no one cares.
