A school with potential is so short-sighted

As a former employee of this school, I contributed my efforts to help my class achieve socially and academically. The school Operations Manager is underqualified and rude to students in the past for example, she denied to help a pupil tie his turban. The irony is the teacher also wears a traditional head garment. In an attempt to intimidate me and use a scare tactic, the headteacher is a binder who could be diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I have experienced threats from the headteacher herself (Mrs. Sanghera); under false pretence, the headteacher took me into an office saying there was a phone call for me. I could not challenge this because I felt disoriented and shocked at the lack of intelligence. In order to establish an effective working relationship with parents, I developed an effective rapport with my class and parent/guardian. It is important that teachers communicate more effectively with parents/guardians. The fact that the disabled parking spaces were occupied by those without blue badges upset the mother of a terminally ill and wheelchair-bound young lad. There is a great deal of unprofessionalism and dishonesty within the management. For the equipment used during playtime, families are charged £5.00 for a football which is unfair as many schools provide playtime equipment/apparatus. In Seva School, financial considerations take precedence over your child's happiness and academic achievement. There is a significant amount of funding provided to the school for SEN students, however, the funding is not in line with the quality of services that SEN students receive, resulting in time and equipment being missed by the children. This is a breach of law by the school.
