Word of caution for parents with SEN children
The primary school is mainly accepting children that are in-between schools as a transition, SEN children and refugees. The academic level is really low. What surprised us though is that even at pastoral level the school is suffering with rude staff, lack of transparency and due care for children . We noted also that staff have personal or family relationships that reduces accountability significantly with no recourse when issues arise. We would especially forewarn parents with SEN children that may be accepted at the school initially and then retrospectively charged extra for dubious TA provision at significant cost and no accountability.
Waste of money should be shut down!
Staff go to great lengths to avoid work and intimidate children and parents if they are seen as too demanding.
They have combined classes where multiple year groups are grouped together as unsurprisingly they don’t have enough students!
The standard of education is practically nonexistent unless you’re one of the teacher’s favourites.
