during my time at this school i was bullied by staff, my needs were a joke, and now they’re doing the same thing to my sister. during my first year at this school my dad passed away, they let me come home early the day i was told and then unauthorised my absences and sent the AO to my house daily. the stress of this happening and teachers not listening to me caused my MH to go down. the schools words when i asked them to send work home was. “if your legs are working you can come into school and...

Bad school like VERY BAD.
Very Horrible School,I used to go there and I was bullied heavily that my mental health deteriorated. The school only cares about its reputation but not it’s students mental wellbeing, they are also very strict aswell.I moved schools and I’ve noticed that the academy is probably only one of the few schools that are that strict on makeup, jewellery and uniform even socks that aren’t black are banned which is VERY weird considering the fact that no one is gonna see them anyways and also the students...

awful dont send your kid here
This school made me miss almost a year of education because they both refused to support me or send any work home. I struggled to come into school because of neurodivergence *not* mental health issues, meaning I could not somehow will myself into enjoying school because my brain hardwired me to find environments like that insanely stressful. Because they believed it was mental health related (even when I told them it wasn't) they said to me repeatedly that they can't send me work because it woul...

TERRIBLE SCHOOL STAY!!!
My experience at this school was horrid. The teachers don't care about getting bullied, I was bullied in front of a teacher and no one did anything about it. Bad students are also not disciplined properly, and rewarded more than good students. It seems that the troublemakers are the apple of the school's eye, and the rest of us suffer from it. I can tell you with certainty that some people in last year's prize giving, definitely do not deserve their prizes. My friend was in a dizzy spell, and no one did anything about it. I bullied her into going to medical, and they gave her subpar advice and told her to drink water. She ended up needing to go home to the next period, due to getting worse and almost fainting. She is now medicated for it. Her sickness was outright ignored and she was made to suffer for the wrongs of ignorant teachers. The students are rotten to the core. Someone poisoned another student with BLEACH, and the staff covered it up. This should've made national coverage, but noo, the school's reputation was more important than the safety of the students and the future. Drugs are more rampant here than they are in homeless camps, so many people vape in the bathrooms. OH MY GOD, DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE BATHROOMS! The school culture around bathrooms is absolutely disgusting. Children are made in their urine, and ignore nature's call, and are forced to stay in their seat, quietly praying for lunch to come by. One Year 7 even peed themselves in the science classroom, because of the oppressive train of thought the staff has, around bathrooms. Even the kids with bathroom passes are made to wait and staff is horrendously late. This school almost gave me a bladder infection. The food is terrible, the cafeteria ladies are decent though. They need to learn proper cooking, and not to leave chicken raw like they did in last year's Christmas dinner. Do not send your children here, if you're a responsible, caring parent who wants to see your child grow.

Act of kindness from clay, liam and justin
I would just like to say a big thankyou to Klay, Liam & Justin i think from year 7. Today our bins blew over in the high winds these kind young men picked up all the rubbish that blew accross the road, gardens & pavements.put it all back into the bins. Wonderful polite & well mannered young boys. Irene Davies 205 Cheadle Old Rd.

stockport academy where do i start. im just gonna right 5 things about this school that need improving 1. staff training some staff are amazing and some staff make you feel like there just there for the pay check 2. students some of the students are amazing people others vape in school hours and i was walking down the corridor then some kid walked past they stunk of cannibis fights often happen 3. litter this links with 2 a bit but the school is covered in litter i often see student just dropping litter expecting somone to clean it up for them 4.security. people i know have been able to leave the building a method i heard was to say you have a doctors/dentist appointment and they take you to lobby area then you can walk out and hop the small fence. 5. lies when i was in year 6 and my mum and dad took me to the open evening i was amazed they made it seem like it was gonna be fun i would make friends and get the job of my dreams. the head teacher is harder to speak to then alien because she leaves it for the pastoral and head of year to deal with fights and conflicts. a honest review -J

this school needs huge improvements.
as a student here myself this school makes everyone feel miserable. I've seen multiple people I know cry about being here, all teachers are useless and do not understand mental health at all I have seen people cry on social media about how draining this school is, it is an awful school and requires huge improvement.

worst school ever
this school is absolutely disgraceful they care more about uniform than mental health. when they call parents they speak to them with an attitude , staff are rude to students and the students get punished when they speak back . they get punished for wearing jewellery and makeup and get put in isolation DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE
