Wye School

if you want a school that cares more about how it appeals to the public and sponsors etc than it does about its students education then this is tho school for you. They care too much about silly things that any normal person would do, teachers are immature and seem to only enjoy having power over a few teenagers, pathetic. This school is so under resourced it’s becoming a bigger problem throughout the school and now affecting more and more students with constant substitute teachers due to the severe lack of staff and teachers leaving due to the sheer lack of resources.
Would not recommend, it really fell off during and after Covid, lost more and more money and now is severely understaffed. If it eventually got back onto its feet it’d probably be like how it used too be it’ll be hard to get there again.

Wye school is a very nice school to attend. I was bullied in year 7 and teachers handled it very well and helped me to resolve the issue. All of the teachers are friendly and helpful (dome more than others!). There are only 2 buildings meaning it is easy to find your way round. I think some improvements could be more extra curricular activities, access to the field at breaks and having food tech as a subject. overall I love going to wye school and have made many memories :)

Amazing school I’ve been there for around 3 years they were so supportive in lockdown and made us feel like we weren’t alone and made leading at home better, the teachers are amazing I’m currently studying my GCSEs and hope to go on to sixthform the as it’s such a calm and nice environment to learn in

I had been at this school for a while and only just left school on the 28th May 2021, the school has been amazing to me and the bond between the teachers and children is just amazing, I couldn’t have picked another school who are so confident and reliable towards everything.
Bullying has never been an issue for me but if bullying had happened the teachers are always in the case as soon as it’s been told.
Overall I am 100% happy I picked Wye as my option

When i joined i realised how well behaved and welcoming everyone was, they handle bullying so well! I love it there and I've made great friends I'll never let go of❤️
