do not go here

i do not accept the way teachers wont let children go home after you were sick. luckily, my child hasn't but many of their friends have. however, my child was struggling to breathe in lesson and their teacher told them to suck it up and that there was nothing she could do so they should go sit back down. That is not OKAY! ofsted have been reported for your continued lack of respect and care for these children

The school who lie make false promises

Iam Demanding explanation of the treatment of my son its clear you breached gdpr and false promises to my son whom now your giving set backs that will affect his future memories of his right of passage to celebrating his final school years.

After reading your bio on Web page it's clear your contradicting your own policy
Quote
" Every student who attends Matravers will exceed their potential in all aspects of their education. Outstanding teaching, learning and leadership will guarantee this. Matravers will be the number one choice for every parent who lives in Westbury.”

It's clear to me your achievements with my sons education has failed him in lacking engagement with schooling under your management.

Now your even making his end of school memories one to not trust his piers given false hope you set about since march 2022 "
What exactly are you trying to achieve is beyond everyone.

Ofsted have been informed and I'll be taking matter further above you!

Your fundamentals are flawed and clear to most parents that your dinosaur outlook of self belief is militant! and don't listen to parents or pupils opions.

I personally going to make sure that your fully investigated and is Mr downs of which has bullied and degraded my son for last 5 years !

I have 2 newspapers and local TV news running story on your incompetent running of the school and degradation of a student and false hope It's clear from ofsted report your should resign and also noted lies that u removed pupils before ofsted arrived this will be exposed in coming months as I investigate more.

"His own mother recorded you saying how u said politicians make things up so why can't we to normalise your lies .in giving false hope and to manipulate situation. That it self is against all ethics makes you a liar !!

Note

highlight A) misappropriation of the truth - letting Kian believe a falsehood ; B) Contravention of GDPR by discussing the school's decision not to allow Kian to prom with another pupil ; C) Misleading Kian's parents with the same falsehood ; D) What would appear to be a total disregard for the affect the school's falsehood would and indeed is having on Kian's mental health and the long term impact this will have for Kian in regard to figures of authority that Kian is supposed to have trust and store faith in. Matravers part in this decision is going to impact long term on an impressionable young man's future. Prom is a right of passage that no child should be denied less there be extreme circumstances which there are not in this instance. This is not a decision that cannot be negotiated with an open mind from Matravers, Kian and Kian's parents.
My question to anyone that may have greater knowledge is - are the circumstances surrounding this issue in direct conflict with duty of care,bullying/harassment and degradation of a minor?

Mr saggers father of kian saggers

I ask you to re consider the decision and ask your teachers whom have Said that they seen improvements and I ask who are you to decide my sons prom based of your own personal opions that are biased and is clear harassment could be impacting his mental health long term.

I'm also requesting you pay us back £100 on clothing and I requesting in writing why your refusing my son his right of passage to attend prom based on few lateness nothing considered serious enough to prevent him attending prom .

Don't go here

I have been to 3 secondary schools, Matravers having the worst teaching of all 3. To give a few examples, my tutor of 2 years ended up being a convicted paedophile, a top set GSCE math class was taught Year 7 content for a term.

After self-harming due to my home life, I had to speak to the school counsellor. She did not help at all and instead made me feel uncomfortable in myself. She was not understanding of anything. I had trouble sleeping, yet shouted at me for falling asleep in my break time (never lesson time) as I "should be getting sleep at home".

On top of that, after coming out as trans, I was made to change in the disabled toilets for PE. The school did not offer any sort of support.

Despite all the bad things I have to say about Matravers, there were a few select teachers that helped me improve academically, but that is the only good thing I can say.
